The original Xbox One Wireless Controller was a staple for PC gaming. With the release of the Xbox Series S/X, we were all curious to see how Xbox improved on an already outstanding gamepad.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select My games & apps > See all > Apps, and then choose Xbox Accessories. Select Configure under the controller you want to configure. Select the profile you want to configure, and then select Edit. (Select New profile to create a brand-new profile.) Share button, press.
Like an Xbox One Controller The Enhanced Wired Controller looks and feels just like an Xbox One gamepad at first glance, with minor differences. It's available in 10 different colors and patterns
the xbox controller works great. the negative is that the LB and RB buttons wear out really fast (i've worn out LB on 2 controllers) and the d-pads are total crap. great for native windows use, but shoddy build quality. glassanusoflies. • 4 yr. ago. Until a week ago, I would've said it's perfect over bluetooth.
Quality is as expected (actually, even better). I dropped my controller a few times (maybe 20-30 times), and it still works like a charm. I’ve heard a lot of controllers (both Xbox and PlayStation controllers) get the “drifting” symptoms; but after 1.5 years of use, I haven’t seen any “drifting”, misclick, etc.
Xbox 360 controllers should work fine with Streaming Xbox One to a PC, so the PlayStation Dual shock should hopefully work also. But it won't work on it's own. For other controllers to work natively, Windows needs to see them as 'Xinput' compatible. Any controller that is Xinput compatible should be seen as either an Xbox 360 or an Xbox One
