Yeah that’s just not entirely correct. Speaking from watching my mother, the best way to make an iPhone battery last is to never take it off the charger. Ever. Her 7 Plus she got when that was new is still at 89 percent on the original battery. However, to the original poster: Don’t worry about it. Just buy a new battery when you need one.
152,992 points. Until the battery drops below 80%, it's fine. There's no reason to be checking battery health unless your phone isn't working properly or your warranty is about to end. So, in a month or so, check it again, if it's at or below 80%, make arrangements to have it replaced under warranty. If it's above 80%, you can safely ignore it
