Thanks for the info! Absolutely. No problem! If you let it breath it will do a lot better than that. I would expect 11s stock in 1/4 mile with 103 inches. They must be really choked down for EPA. Even more than I thought. 103 inches should have a lot of power that can be unleashed. It's there if you want it.
Nice ride, I would suggest throwing on an engine guard for a while until you get a few k under your belt. New and old rider will have a bike drop. Not a mater of “if” but “when”. My first bike was a street Bob 114. She had a few drops until all the controls became an automatic reflex. Put 4k on her and traded it for a Road King!
The new Harley-Davidson Street Bob 114 reminds me of Captain America, the iconic Harley chopper ridden by Peter Fonda's character in the 1969 movie Easy Rider. While his kick-start Harley looks cool - it has long forks, ape hangers, rear brakes and a peanut fuel tank - I cannot imagine riding it in city traffic.
