Maybe you need download modern warfare again, sorry I do this things and works for me -Start the downloads from within the game. -Always close the game properly. Press the O-button till you reach the start picture and then close the game. That’s the only thing that works.
I can play the Call of duty: warzone but Call of duty Modern Warfare campaign crashes every time at first cut scene in the van. Installed everything through in game pack selection. Double checked installed content from ps5 ap launch selection screen, "pressing start button -> manage game content". Still crashes.
