I can recommend the ferrari fxx-k evo. Imo the price is worth for the car. but for me it only took 2 hours the grind. The most infuriating thing tho is hitting a cop at high speed to get a police chase started, trying to downshift and end up bribing the cops, losing 10k and resetting the heat level to 0.
